Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate must possess strong experience in CPaaS solutions such as Bulk SMS, Bulk Voice Calling, IVR, Toll-Free Numbers, Google RCS, WhatsApp Business APIs, Cloud Call Centre solutions, and Enterprise Email communication systems.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase market share.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (presales, delivery, support) to ensure seamless solution implementation for customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling cloud telephony solutions to existing enterprise clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive telecom landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales with a focus on telecom services.
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through successful account planning and execution.
Strong understanding of cloud telephony technologies and their applications in various industries (BFSI, Retail).
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives at target accounts.

• Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Schedule appointments and product demos for the field sales or business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for lead nurturing and campaign support.
• Understand customer needs and propose relevant company solutions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
